|Recommended: YesStill happy — I just reached my year mark and I'm still happy. The staff is great, maintenance requests are handled faster than what I would consider a timely manner. Parking is never an issue. It's in the perfect location in relation to shopping areas and freeways . It's still quiet and the greenery still makes me happy. The living is easy here.

It is a nice apartment community, with a clean, quiet environment. There is also a good bit of green space, which is nice with 2 dogs. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and we love our neighbors. Overall, it is a great place to live.

|Recommended: YesOlder but affordable and quiet — Great value for this area, if you don't need luxury upgrades like crown molding and stainless steel appliances. Convenient to many great restaurants, shopping, and the gym. The apartment is quiet, I have 2 neighbors and I never even hear their TVs. Pretty safe in general, I never see suspicious people hanging around, although on time I had some cash stoeln out of my car when I left it unlocked over night. So far the new management has been very quick within 24 hrs to respond to maintenance requests. I've been here for 4 months and plan to renew next summer.
|Recommended: YesNot a bad North Raleigh community for the price — Overall, the complex is fairly nice, though it does have some age on it. Parking is horrible, however. People from a property next door park in the lots and walk through the tree line to their building or guests park in the limited spots next to the building and often times you have to park down the street from your unit. Staff is pretty friendly and courteous and overall the buildings and units seem to be in good shape.
