|Recommended: YesVery good apartments — I really loved the apartments, very friendly staff ,good facilities except the heating system which will not work very well, and end up in paying high bills
|Recommended: YesLove living here — I would tell them it's an amazing place to live. I lived with my mother here for ten years, moved out on my own Downtown, and missed Copper Springs so much I moved back here after only 4 months Downtown. The staff is so friendly and personable, the amenities are great, and the large size living quarters are incomparable to other places for the same price.
|Recommended: YesThe staff is super — I'm only moving because I'm moving in with my boyfriend. I love it here. The staff is fantastic. My only complaint would be that the apartment is drafty closets, dryer vent, etc. , so even when the thermostat was set at 80 degrees in rarely got over 70... the heater was constantly running this winter .
But, the staff here is so great and maintenance fixing everything right away.
It's also the most diverse group of residents in the area, which I prefer. I would move back in a minute if I had to choose again.
|Recommended: YesNice place — We spend a wonderful time here, any issue was attended in timely manner.
Only inquire now, when leaving, is that online web page still shows that we did now paid comple last payment, what is false, we paid it all... We send an email but not response since April 2nd, 2015
|Recommended: YesExcellent! — I want to live here forever. Best apartment I ve ever had. Great staff!
|Recommended: YesGreat place to live — Safe place, quiet community.
|Recommended: YesBeautiful Apts but highly over priced — I would recommend Cooper Springs but would warn about the lack of insulation on windows and doors. Hot water is limited in the winter. The leasing office personnel are friendly and very helpful. The neighbors are quiet and friendly. The maintenance team is average. They are knowledgeable and true emergencies are addressed timely. A substantial amount of the general maintenance of the apartments however is left to the resident to repair. The leasing office will supply the needed supplies but it is ultimately the residents responsibility. Overall the apartments are beautiful and the staff is helpful and friendly, but the rental rates are very high which I have been told is because of the location.
|Recommended: YesI have enjoyed living here for one year. I would recommend Copper Springs apartments to my friends. — Very nice, safe, quiet for the most part (i can hear my upstairs neighbor walking around and the tv) wish I couldn t but other than that is a nice place to live.
|Recommended: YesNice apartments but a little pricey. — I like living here, however they are very expensive. I feel that they should give incentives for their loyal tenants and not jack up the rent every chance they get. Also the windows leak, so in the winter months you have to winterize the windows very well and purchase a space heater in order to save on your dominion power bill. At times parking can be a pain too. There is particularly one section of the complex that requires parking passes because there are so many buildings condensed in one area where there is limited parking, however this is not the case for all buildings. Most of the time I have no problem finding parking but occasionally I run into that issue. Otherwise I love the community, I feel safe and it is in close proximity to shopping, restaurants, and recreational activities. It is also in a central location and you have quick access to highways to get to where you need in a timely fashion.
|Recommended: YesLocation is good — Convenient. Location is good.
|Recommended: YesLuxurious apartment. — wonderful place to live. Nice building plan, very spacious apartment. Maintenance people are very quick and professional. Every time they fixed issue within same day. Only problem we had was electricity bills specially in winter which was over $300. Excepting this its excellent apartment to live and very well maintained community.
|Recommended: YesVery difficult to get this lease signed. The last final signature would not submit. No matter which web browser I used. Everything else here is great. — I like it here. The apartments are nice. I'm glad I can't hear my neighbors and I hope they don't hear me.
|Recommended: YesI enjoy living at Copper Spring Apartments — I wish I could offer some more feedback, but I am rarely home due to long work hours. However, I must admit that everyone is very friendly, and I feel safe at my apartment.
|Recommended: YesVery Nice Property — I enjoy living here. The community is quiet and well kept. Sitting on my balcony, its hard to believe I am in an apartment.
|Recommended: YesGood, but could be better — The staff is always friendly. Parking is not an issue, and I've never had a problem with any neighbors. The worst thing about Copper Spring Apartments is the outgoing mail situation. There is no dropbox by the mailboxes, which means you need to take your mail to the leasing office during office hours, which can be difficult during the week when you work. It is also difficult to do this on weekends when there is only one person working; if the person is showing apartments to other potential residents, you could be waiting twenty minutes just to drop off a letter or pick up a package. I hope they find a solution to this problem soon.
