|Recommended: YesNice quiet property — The property is well kept and private. The view from my windows are pleasant with a wooded fill not typical of apartment living. The staff is very helpful and accommodating.
|Recommended: YesBeautiful, safe, helpful, a delight to live in.. — My apartment is very bright. The main bedroom is large with adjoining bath. Second bedroom is much smaller, but still has plenty of room. The people helping in office and grounds are very nice. They are prompt to fix problems and are always ready to go the extra miles. The grounds are very well kept up and I love walking around the grounds. We have enjoyed the pool and have found it to be a wnderful place to gather.
Only one problem...I feel the appliances are not up to what I have always had. The oven is NOT self cleaning (have not cleaned an oven in many, many years) the fridge is a top freezer. Very dificult to find things and clean. Have put in a requst for a bottom freezer. At my age it is difficult to lean down to the floor without falling to reach back on the bottom shelf. The washer and dryer and fine and appreciate having them in the apartment. We have found the closets and storage places to be good. We moved from a 10 room home to a two bedroom apartment and love it!

Also, the office staff and maintenance people are pleasant and eager to help.

|Recommended: NoCopper Spring Apartments — It is ok. When I moved in, the apartment was renovated. They replaced all appliances except the washing machine which is ancient. Like, why not go all the way and replace everything when you do a rehab?
Also, the bathroom floor is coming up. Needs to be regrouted by the tub and toilet.
All staff is very courteous and professional. These cost saving issues were made at the corporate level.
