submitted by Janine H. - |Recommended: YesComfortable up-market apartment community. — The apartment community is safe, clean, and generally a nice place to live. Maintenance is responsive and does a good job fixing any issues that arise in the apartment. TWO SUGGESTIONS: Provide on site RECYCLING and a BIKE RACK!

submitted by Daici F. - |Recommended: YesGreat customer service/staff. Love my balcony and vaulted ceilings. — Considering it is an apartment, of course there are neighbors and noise, but all that aside I'm pretty happy with it, it is a little pricey, but the price was worth it to me knowing that all my appliances were updated and worked and looked nice. There isn't a place to put outgoing mail in my circle (slight inconvenience). I was happy the gym was 24 hours but its very small and limited equipment, but better than nothing when I don't feel like driving somewhere.
