-it is nice having a set water bill
-if in a first floor apartment and the neighbors above you have no furniture, you will hear every noise they make
-many residents do not pick up pet feces, but it is not as bad as I have seen at other complexes (perhaps pet waste bags near each mailbox area would help deter this behavior)
-the pool can get loud at times with people blasting music and playing drinking games (beer pong, flip cup)
|Recommended: YesComfortable community with new feel — Nice apartments with new appliances and good floor plans. One complaint is the lack of recycling option. I will definitely ask before I move to another community that does not have facilities that allow you to recycle.

Complaint: the community has a number of sink holes on the property that are not dealt with in a timely manner. The sink holes are dangerous for dog walkers and should be filled in ASAP. There is one large one that has been exposed for over three months and has not been filled in yet.
|Recommended: YesLovely apartment community, maintenance response time needs improvement — The apartments are spacious and well kept, the community is safe, and the staff are friendly. I would tell them to be prepared for some frustration with the maintenance response time though. I have been underwhelmed so far with the response to maintenance requests. One request took a week to be completed and it took a call to the office to get a member of maintenance to come and fix the problem. At my last community maintenance requests were responded to within 24 hours (during the week) and I feel that residents of Copper Springs deserve the same diligent response to maintenance issues.
