My only complaint would be the lack of lighting in the evenings when I take my dog for a walk. Although, my flash light works pretty well to combat that issue :) The apartment staff is friendly and helpful. All in all, a good experience.

submitted by HARSH P. - |Recommended: NoLease Term — There should be a shorter term lease extension available to respect legal tenure of residence in the country.

submitted by Megan Z. - |Recommended: YesNice place to live — I've been in my apartment for about 5 months and I am enjoying it. Fairly quiet, can only occasionally hear neighbors. Parking is easy, although sidewalks are limited. The large windows means limited insulation, but lots of day light. Environmentally, I'd rate the place below average: The water heater, in my unit at least, is very inefficient and a real energy hog which means high electric bills for water heating. Additionally, the lightbulbs were not compact florescent when I moved in. There is also no on site recycling offered, but there is a CVWA drop off station within a few miles.
