And the difficulty of paying the bills has increased significantly

Has some foundation issues and some issues with poor quality fixes of things in the apartment such as paint on the door or fixing a broken kitchen drawer with glue. There is a serious lack of care with dog owners on the property. Dog poop is all over the grass and sometimes on the sidewalk and owners refuse to pick up after their pets. I tried to take my friends dog to the dog park at the back of the community but he refused to stay in there because of all the poop that was left all over the ground. It needs to be taken care of better and the grounds need to be treated better because it is all dead grass and poop.
