|Recommended: YesI love it here — I love living here. I am in the military and when I was searching for my first apartment Aspire Roxbury caught my eye. Although this place ended up not being my first apartment it is my second and I am so happy. Maintenance is very quick in responding to work orders. I never hear any noise from my neighbors. There's things to do around the area. I just love my apartment period. The only thing I would critic would honestly be the washer and dryer being small. I do love that it comes w the apartment free but I do wish we were able to buy rent our own.

|Recommended: YesA review of more than 3 years — After experiencing changes in management, employees, enforcement of policies, and following up on different issues, I can say with confidence that the experience of living here was excellent.
A little on why you should take me seriously, I used to work on houses and apartments doing maintenance for my family's properties, as well as go out and search for new properties to buy for a good portion of my life. I can spot problems in houses with poor design and maintenance, poor employees, and also talk turkey with people according to the rights and laws that are guaranteed to the renter and rentee.
The property was very well taken care of, which means that the maintenance staff was knowledgeable, efficient, and had pride in their work. In particular Willie is one of the greatest secrets to the success of the property, after talking with him, it made sense, because he is a man of experience and knows how to talk well with others. He did the greatest jobs on all of my maintenance and also around the property. As I watched him work, I could not help but appreciate just how far ahead this man thought. He does a variety of exceptional work and is a good man. I wish I could take him with me to the next place.
The staff are also extremely responsive, professional, genuine and trustworthy. Under the previous management, they did an exceptional job for the first three years that lived there. They too are a part of the secret sauce that makes living there very much worry free. They know what it takes to run a ship well Once the new management took over and purchased the property, there was a period of time that things were transitioning, because there were new systems and policies that were being adopted but the staff made it through. They did a great job.
My hope is that all of the current staff are treated well and encouraged to keep their jobs because to find a staff like that is hard Anyone can be a part of an organization and have policies, but the organization means nothing if the people are not good. You can cut and paste policies but you can't cut and paste people. This staff is very good. I wish them the best
As long as you have the requirements to live there, the location is great, the staff is great, the property is a great experience and was overall designed intelligently and with great aesthetics, and the surroundings are great. You have everything you need close by.

|Recommended: YesNice Quiet Community — I have lived here for three months now and am enjoying my beautiful apartment. Office staff is very friendly. I haven't had to call on maintenance yet, so that is a plus. Parking is a problem though. I like the location and even though the very busy freeway is just a couple of blocks away you can barely hear any freeway noise inside the apartment.

|Recommended: YesGood property affordable for the square footage — Living at Alta Roxbury now Aspire Roxbury overall was pretty good. The first year we dealt with ants off and on due to sealant issues and that was a big issue and the scary shooting in the apartment complex but some things can't be helped, there is crime every where unfortunately. Other than that we enjoyed the spacious floorplan and the friendliness of the majority of the staff when we did have issues that came up. We decided to leave transfer to a sister property due to needing more space and wanting to be a little bit closer to work. I think with the new management in place things will be even better.

|Recommended: YesEverything is perfect about this property except the parking. — This property is quiet and peaceful. Staff has always been friendly and maintenance requests have always been handled in a timely manner. Room layouts are great and spacious. I have no complaints about the buildings at all. The only hangup is parking availability and covered parking is a bit too expensive. Overall a great property.

|Recommended: YesThe property is amazing but could use some fixes. — I would tell them that parking is the hardest thing about the apartment. I rarely get to park next to my apartment building which means I have to walk across the apartment complex just to get inside. To buy lots of lamps because the apartment doesn't come with lights.
