|Recommended: YesProperty Landscape and it's surrounding is well maintained and comforting to walk and or sit a moment in the small park areas. — I would share with anyone considering renting and becoming a member of the Colonnade Community the following The Colonnade is a great place to live and it's location has access to I-10 410 Interstate thereby allowing convenient commuting along with just about anything needed super convenient. Grocery Shopping, Dry Cleaning, Great Dining Eatery's, Variety Stores, Beauty Salon Barber, Package Stores etc.

|Recommended: YesI love living here. Love the community. Maintenance is awesome. — Very peaceful and quiet. I feel safe when I walk around the community. Love the pool area and cant wait for nicer weather. My only suggestions are that I would like to see that end parking spot on the side where the front gate is fixed. I saw a young couple get stuck the other day and they were burning rubber trying to get out. Parking up front gets full and we would like to have the extra spot available without possibly damaging your car. Also landscaping. In front of our building its just dirt. In front of the neighbors its all rock. When it rains the dirt runs all over the side walk and we have to walk through it so we track it to our cars or in our homes. We would like to see it filled in with rock like everywhere else. Other than that we are perfectly happy in our new home. Office staff has been great what few times we've had to go to them and maintenance, well they are great. Every order I have put in has been fixed by the time I got home that same day, or at least addressed. I read a lot of bad stuff on apartments which is a big reason we chose here for home. |Recommended: Yes Maintenance — Isaiah, has definitely been on top of it, we had a few things that been giving us issues for months and the other maintenance never properly fixed or took care of, and in one day Isaiah fixed our ice machine, garbage disposal and dishwasher Now the garbage disposal works better then when we first moved in here.

The office staff are great, maintenance is same day, grounds are beautiful. The pool area is great and I cannot think of anything negative to say. I have really enjoyed living here.

|Recommended: YesGreat Complex — Colonnade is a great place to live and relatively competitive with other complexes in the area. The staff is wonderful and that includes those in the office and the maintenance crew. They're always helpful and attend any concerns rather quickly. The complex itself has just been repainted and it looks incredible The renovated units are quite nice and overall it's a fairly quiet complex. There are no outside noises for the most part, other than the occasional stomping of the upstairs neighbor, which I do not mind because it's not ridiculously obnoxious. Overall is a great place to live in my opinion.

I have wonderful apartment features and the amenities are great AND... you just can't beat the LOCATION I would be surprised if they have any vacancies so you need to call them right away Don't forget to use my name.
