|Recommended: YesApr Review — Colonnade is overall good place only things that can be marked down are parking avaiablity, security, quality of structure cracks in walls, doors and rarely but sometimes it takes weeks to get maintenance out.

|Recommended: YesLove it — I have lived here for 6 years It is very quiet and comfortable. Work orders are taken care of promptly. The only thing, zero-scaping was done this year and there is very minimal space to walk your dog. Sprinklers still turn on and spray all over the sidewalks which defeats the purpose of zero scaping. Overall, I have loved this apartment

|Recommended: YesAmazing place to live. — I would tell them it is the best apartment I've ever had the pleasure of staying at. The grounds are always very well maintained. The office managers are the sweetest and most professional I have encountered in the 4 apartment complexes, always courteous and diligent in all requests. The maintenance staff is hands down the most fantastic team I have ever seen. I'll call in a service request (which is rare considering the quality and well-maintained nature of everything) and if Gary and Frank don't come knocking within THE HOUR they are most surely there within the same day. Seriously the best much to the jealousy of my friends who don't receive that luxury. Parking is always available and I don't believe I have ever seen the trash bins overflowing as I have in my previous apartments. The pool is beautiful and the grills located near and throughout the complex are a wonderful addition and a fantastic way to spend a wonderful, sunny day. Overall I am confident in saying this complex, with its staff and grounds, are the best I have ever had the pleasure of staying.

|Recommended: NoNice people, but some structural challenges — The neighbors are generally nice, with the usual exceptions, and lately small work orders have been taken care of very promptly. The current office and maintenance staff are personable. The property does struggle with foundation problems that translate into wall cracks, drafts around windows and doors, and trouble with caulking on tile and tubs. It also means there is usually a work crew digging somewhere. There are also problems with the gates, so don't put too much stock in the gated part of "gated community. Watch for the sprinklers when you are out walking, as you may get soaked. All in all, about average for San Antonio.

|Recommended: YesGreat Apartments, and great location, but it's a little pricey even for San Antonio — It's a beautiful complex, and even though it's located near a really busy intersection, it's rather peaceful. It's a little limited on parking, because people seem to let their friends park there when they are going to the Wurzbach Ice house, but it's alright. The Apartments are pretty overpriced when compared to some others but the location is good. Also the floors are pretty thin and I can hear every footstep my upstairs neighbors make, and since I work nights and try to sleep during the day it can be irritating. The floors are pretty awesome though I'm not sure why they thought it would be wise to have spaces between the planks because all it does is trap dust and dirt in the floor, and makes it nigh impossible to keep clean. Especially if you have pets. The staff are awesome, and maintenance responds quickly to requests!

|Recommended: YesComfortable, friendly, beautiful — My husband and I have lived here for 2 1/2 yrs now I think it's been, and we love it. The apartments are spacious. We live on the first floor in a 2bed/2bath. Nice little extra's like built in shelves and crown molding. The paint is not stark white either which is nice. The landscaping is beautiful and well kept up. There are free bags available for doggy pickup. The pool is pretty much always clean and there is plenty of seating, including a covered gazebo. They also just built a nice new grill/bar area. Sometimes the pool can be a bit loud during the summer so be aware of that when choosing an apartment(we live by the pool so we know it can get loud). The office staff is super nice and helpful. They are great at accepting and keeping track of package deliveries. They are friendly and this management company has started having monthly events for the community. All the neighbors we have met have been very friendly and most have lived here for awhile like us. The maintenance people are excellent. You can request it by phone or online and they always come promptly and do a great job. You can pay rent online also which is nice and convenient. Parking is never a problem for us. There is always something available. The only thing we have ever had an issue with is that we do wish there was more grbage areas. Right now there is only 2 locations and they get filled quick and you have to walk kind of far. Overall this is the best apartment we have lived at. We feel safe here and have never had an issue. Would definently recommend.
