|Recommended: YesGreat Place to Live — Escalante is a great place to live. The office staff is always friendly and upbeat. They treat you like family. It's a quiet community. We always feel safe. Large open floor plans. The only negative thing is parking could be a bit better, but I would still recommend Escalante to anyone.

|Recommended: YesAsk for Jennifer or Brandie if you are looking for a good apartment in Escalante Apartments — Escalante is one of the best best apartment community I lived in for 4 and half years. I just love that I can always go in and be greeted with a warm welcome by Brandie and Jennifer
First of all, the parking spots are pretty good. There's the covered space that comes automatically with the apartment, but there's also plenty of spaces within reasonable walking distance if necessary.
If we ever have a request to get something fixed Brandie is on it She go above and beyond to make sure the resident is happy. Seriously I would recommend this place to anyone. If you are leasing here ask for Brandie or Jennifer They will take the best care of you If you are looking for an apartment that feels like a home then don't look anywhere else...Escalante is the best to live

|Recommended: YesEscalante is a wonderful place to live — My family has enjoyed living here. We like that the apartments are tucked back in the trees away from the main road. The complex is quiet and peaceful. The apartments are well maintained, updated and look great. They are spacious and have plenty of storage. The pool and outdoor kitchen area are amazing The staff are very friendly and helpful. We love Escalante

|Recommended: YesI absolutely love my apartment — Living in the larger 2 bdrm apartment for almost 2 years has been great Very spacious and updated. I would recommend these apts to anyone, in fact I have.
Brandi, in the office, is the absolute BEST person in the office and makes the experience of going in the office so great
Maintenance is pretty fast at coming to fix any problems as well.

|Recommended: YesGreat property, quiet, great staff — I haven't been here a year yet but so far my experience has been a good one. Ever since I got here the staff have been very helpful to me. I have had a few maintenance issues that were all fixed promptly, one such experience was when I came home to find my AC out a bit before 6, it was fixed by 8 that night. It is relatively quiet, my neighbors have dogs but I don't hear them once I enter my room, I only occasionally get some outside noise but it's not bad. I would recommend this apartment complex to others if you're looking for a nice quiet place to stay.

|Recommended: YesGreat, Quiet Community — Escalante is a great, quiet community with great floor plans to choose from with very nice, professional and helpful office staff and maintenance personnel. Though I personally do not have a pet, Escalante is a very pet friendly property and now includes a dog park. One perk potential residents will like is that you are given one assigned covered parking and there's plenty of visitor parking.

|Recommended: YesIt was the only apartment that felt like a home. — We have lived in several apartments throughout the years and Escalante was by far the best. The staff was great, the apartment was great, and the area is great. The only issue, and you find this anywhere you go, was some of the neighbors. Because its an apartment, people unfortunately do not tend to care about their home and or pick up after themselves and their pets. Escalante staff was always very helpful in doing what they could to remedy this issue, but it comes with the territory of living in apartments. And now with the addition of the dog park, this issue may already be resolved. We have moved out now and are sad to say goodbye to our little home, but I want to thank Escalante and specifically the staff that helped make it a home for us while we were there.
|Recommended: YesIt's pretty terrific — Very calm and peaceful. I love our actual apartment location. Tucked away, right by the pool, we never hear car traffic. Sometimes the pool area is noisy but that's cool, people are out there having fun and it never goes on too late in the evening. I also really like the layout of our apartment.
