As a buisness man I hate the bad complaints and it is known for customers to complain about bad service. Well in my case its bit diffrent iam not the one to complain about it I just move on. Today May the 5th 2014 I made a call to the escallante aptments office in which I called 4 times for someone to answer. The phone was answered by a lady which would make me change my mind about the escalante aptments staff. Sharon was not only helpfull but very pleasant to talk to the best at customer service. She took the extra step to help me set up my online page for the escalante apartments which I was told was not an option to pay online by my leasing agent. The staff should take a few tips from Sharon on how a customer should be treated that said despite on the many issues I have had with the office staff I look foward in my stay at the Escalante apartments. Thank You Sharon for your outstanding customer service.

Turning in the drive and coming through the gate gives me such a sense of peace. My apartment is spacious and quiet, two must have items for me, and there's always plenty of parking in front of my building - if I opt not to use my covered space.

Andy, one of the leasing agents, has made me and my family feel like part of their family. The other day there was a minor incident but Andy came to my apartment within five minutes to ensure me that all was taken care of. Now, to me that is customer service! The entire staff and community makes one feel proud to call this home!

All in all, quiet and the people in the office and maintenance are very nice and helpful.

I love the fact that Lincon Property main office is there. I couldn't say enought about this place. the police officer on property is always out day/ night and is speaking to residence when there out and about. I would let my own mother live here.
