Very quite complex with beautiful scenary and landscaping. Staff members at the office are very friendly and care about their tenants. The complex is always kept very clean. The times that I've had to have maintenance work (not too often), the office is very quick in having a maintenance employee come over and fix it. For anyone that does not want to purchase a home, Escalante feels like home. Escalante is located in a very affluent and peaceful neighborhood.

I know this will alway be a problem but it would be nice to see some of the reserved parking spots signs closer to my spot, 71. Also a couple of time I have gotten notices placed on my door that were not for me. They were for my neighbor across the breezeway. Who ever is taking those notices and placing them on apartment doors needs to make sure they have the correct apartment number. Some of these notices were of a sensitive nature.

One thing is I wish there were signs close to my parking space stating that covered spaces are reserved. I also wish that you would post my account balance (including water bill) on this website site sooner than the 1st. I like to pay my bill before the first if I have the funds to and I don't always have my water bill handy. Overall happy with things.
