|Recommended: YesA nice place to live for a young couple — We've really been happy here at Dunwoody Courtyards. The staff made the effort to learn our names and have always been responsive to our needs. The apartment building are well-maintained. We've had a couple issues with trash recycling service in the time we've been here - namely, that the recycling service was unavailable for nearly a month. Overall, though, we believe we're getting our money's worth at this complex.
|Recommended: YesAwesome stay — I moved in Feb-2015. This has been an excellent stay so far. Its a 2 BHK, the rooms are very spacious and has all the internal detailing done to the best, but even better is its distance to MARTA walking time 7m .
The house is very well maintained and got all the minor things fixed in less than a day. Maintenance staff is proactive, friendly and courteous. Needless to mention the staff in the main lobby....Very very helpful.
My only suggestion is - apart from the Gym and Swimming pool, is to have an outdoor play area for kids couple of swings slides etc and tennis basket ballcourt would be good too. But overall, great location, great people, very affordable rents.

|Recommended: YesLove the community — The Leasing Office and Maintenance Team is amazing. Turnaround time for questions or request are answered promptly. I love the fact that the community is quiet and very diverse families, students, older and younger residents - which make is great. I LOVE seeing the kids outside playing as you rarely see that anymore. Location is great 5 - 10 min walk to MARTA My only con is that it's an older apartment complex but they do a great job maintaining it.
