|Recommended: YesSomewhat expensive, but great value, comfort, and location — Overall, I couldn't have asked for more. I stay in a 1 bedroom apartment on the 3rd (top) floor. Although I can hear my neighbors from time-to-time, this is usually at normal, waking hours with normal, waking activities (e.g., drawers closing, cabinets shutting). I hear it after I wake, but not as I sleep. And I'm a very light sleeper.
I do have small complaints: when I requested my door to be fixed, the door knob was changed. However, the issue I had described was still there meaning that the person addressing the issue didn't check to see if they problem had been fixed. I also can't work with the leasing hours office. I can leave for work no later than 8:15am, and I cannot return any sooner than about 5:45pm. The only hours (in theory) that the room that the cash machine is in for the the community washing machines and dryers is during the leasing office hours. I say "in theory," because the room was still locked on Saturday morning when I went as well. This means I cannot actually put money on my card to use the washing machines.
But these are small complaints. The complex is clean, the parking in plentiful, my apartment is very nice, the people are generally quiet. That's the most I could ask for in a place to live.

|Recommended: YesDunwoody Courtyards is a comfortable place to call home. — Dunwoody Courtyards has a very convenient location to Atlanta's major highways, and to all the restaurants, stores, companies, etc that the average person needs.
The grounds are very clean and neat, the staff is friendly, and the neighbors are all comfortable to be around.

|Recommended: YesNice environment with a Team who treats you like family. — This is a friendly, safe, clean community in a wonderful location within Sandy Springs/Dunwoody. The Dunwoody Courtyards Team is caring and treat you more than "just a tenant". Maintenance requests are expedited ASAP and my questions are never treated as being silly or insignificant. In addition, Kristi Manning, Community Manager, goes above and beyond in making you feel like you're an important part of the community and not merely an apartment number. My comment regarding noise is just a bit lower because I can hear the loud walking, shuffling late at night from my upstairs neighbor who works opposite hours as I do, which is usually not bad but can be annoying at times.
|Recommended: YesAWESOME apartment complex with a great manager and an awesome team! — We've been living here for more than 2 years now and we really feel at home! Kristi is an awesome community manager and her team is amazing. The people living in this complex are very friendly and it's usually quiet. The apartments are roomy and well maintained.
It is very rare for me to give 100% positive review but I cannot find anything wrong at Dunwoody Courtyard. Keep up the good work!
|Recommended: YesAttentive — I must say that I agree with the other posters about the staff here at Dunwoody Courtyards. Kristi and her staff have been more than accomodating to me, and are a great addition to this complex. Many of the tenants are wary of the new change in management, but as long as Kristi and co. are still on board, I think they will be able to keep residents happy.
