1. Neighbors are loud either loud music from one side, or something being dropped consistently on the other side they seem like they have training tools or something and they start to make this weird loud bang around 11 PM EVERY NIGHT .
2. Planes are loud not your fault .
3. Why can't I make payments after the 3rd I pay my rent in full within the first 3 days of the month, but I like to submit extra payments in the middle of the month to make my balance go minus.
