|Recommended: YesNice Apartment Complex — It has been a very good five years living here. The staff is excellent and the maintenance is above and beyond the best I have experienced. The location is the best, 10 minutes from Perimeter, 12 minutes from downtown and it is so easy to give directions to Five Oaks.
I have wonderful neighbors for the most part, but there is always going to be at least one JERK.
|Recommended: YesOne of the best places I've lived — This apartment complex was one of the best I've ever lived in. The property is well maintained and the entire maintenance team are so helpful. They respond quickly to requests and do a great job. Jennifer and all the staff in the leasing office are amazing So helpful and accommodating. They should give inservices to some other places on how to treat your residents. I have not one bad word to say about them. I think that you get great living space for the price you pay and it's a very convenient location to many places. Very quiet and I always felt safe. All our visitors always said how nice the place was. I had an awesome experience here and would recommend it for sure

I do think that visitor parking should be separate from resident parking and strictly enforced. Unless I could pick up my same apartment and place it in Buckhead on the 5th floor overlooking the city with an elevator of course, lol, there would be NOTHING better
