|Recommended: YesOpen and people friendly community. — If you don't mind the airplanes or trains, you get a brand new apartment with all the luxuries. Staff are really friendly and the maintenance crew fixes problems in a timely manner. Grounds are really nice with a lot of open areas. Community area is fun with a good variety of activities. Touching the bad part of the ranking. You can hear a lot of your neighbors but it is an apartment complex. Overall as I stated I would recommend it.

|Recommended: Yes Very lovely and friendly place to stay. — I have lived here at northgate for 5 months. 2 weeks after I moved in alittle construction problem but, they did not stop until the problem was rectify. The maintenance team here at Northgate is very knowledgeable ,respectful ,understanding,quick and friendly. The office staff is very customer service orientated they return calls in a timely manner and follow up on all work orders to check your satisfactory. The Beautiful grounds look very eloquent and are maintain Daily. I would say a very eloquent place to live.

|Recommended: YesSweet Home and Friendly staff — The apartment is excellent and well equipped with everything that we wanted. The property is maintained well, lot's of greenery, clean pool, excellent out doors. There is no noise and sound around, quite nice and feels as good when I return from work. We also got very good Gym with new equipment.
We had last minute request for change of unit, Taylor and Wendy helped us with the transition in no time and went an extra mile to get what we wanted. All the paper work was taken care without any hassles. I haven't seen such a great friendly staff elsewhere.
