|Recommended: YesPlace of serenity — Amazing place of serenity. Great layout with excellent sunlight in every room. The layout just cannot be better for a 2 bedroom apartment. The balcony and the views just make it a lovely place. Staff members are very friendly and accommodative. I am very happy with my decision to move in..I strongly recommend the community to prospective tenants..

|Recommended: YesA most pleasant surprise — To say that I have had my share of sub-standard management companies with less than sub-standard abilities to be responsive, professional, and who treat me with a modicum of unconditional positive regard would be an understatement.
I was cautiously optimistic when I signed my lease for Northgate Crossing. They appeared nice, and professional. But then again, so did the others in the beginning.
I have now been here since April 28, 2016 It is now the middle of August, 2016 , and I can say without a doubt that the office staff, and all others have been most courteous and professional at all times. All issues and questions have been answered and or attended to in a timely manner. The grounds are beautifully maintained, and I am proud to have guests over.
It is a rental community, and of course there have been bumps in the road, but all in all it is a most positive experience.
I am a single woman in my middle 60's, and I sincerely hope that Northgate Crossing is my last address, and I can grow old watching the families grow up, and my contemporaries grow old with me.
