Affordable rent with working appliances in a nice area but parking is a little slim sometimes and there's very little visitor parking when you pay for a place you shouldn't have to park on the other side of the complex , it sounds like we have elephants upstairs....i dont know if they always run or stomp but most of the time i hear them trudging marching running stomping even after talking to them about it. The places are nice but not recently re-renovated nice. Overall 3.5 5.

Parking can be a bit tricky after 9 pm particularly on the weekends. We did run into issues with our packages disappearing so we stopped having packages delivered to the property.

There aren't lights in the ceilings of the rooms, except the dining and kitchen. There is a hall light that is awesome. There is a lot of positives for living at Bent Tree.

However, there is a problem with parking at night. The Manager Chris at the office has the nicest interpersonal skills known to man. I really recommend this property to anyone that wants to near Washington, DC but not pay the amount of rent Arlington or Alexandria residents pay.
submitted by Jamie A. - |Recommended: YesGreat Place — I've lived here since 1999 and I have seen many changes over the years. Many of them for the better. This is my 4th apartment at Bent Tree. However, the last two apartments this one included I have problems with noisy neighbors. Partying, loud music, and revving of car engines. Even one neighbor has had the police called on them several times for disturbances.
