The only concern we have is parking space. When we moved here last year there was much more of available space. This year spaces are getting occupied very quickly.

During the week days after 11PM, it's hard to find a parking lot. but, it depend on which building a person live.

I love the wood-looking floors, the location, the matured trees and landscaping, the covered parking option, the fact that we are allowed to park three vehicles and being on the ground floor. The neighbors are friendly for the most part. The BIGGEST complaint we have had since moving in was noise. We moved in with an infant and I believe the people above us had small children that were allowed to stay up WAY too late- and these kids could STOMP and RUN. It was WONDERFUL when they moved out. But when they did, my husband and I believe that Bent Tree may have replaced the carpet with the similar wood-looking floors that we have, because since the new tenants moved in, we can hear EVERYTHING and MORE My baby is constantly awoken between 10PM and 4AM due to the heel-walker that stomps throughout every room in their unit at all hours of the night. I know that I can't control the waking hours of others but it is heartbreaking when all you want is your child and yourself to get a good night's sleep once in a while My husband and I both work full time so it isn't like we can catch some sleep during the day.. This will probably be the reason we relocate when our lease is up- I believe it is just a problem that has no solution. Other than our insulation issue the temperature in our first bedroom is constantly 10 degrees closer to the temperature outside than the rest of the unit we have no other complaints. The leasing office has the friendliest and most helpful staff above and beyond any other leasing office experience I have had and I have lived in many apartments Maintenance has been very responsive and courteous the two times our unit required their attention. I love having a covered parking space and I like that I can e-mail Andrea at the leasing office whenever I might have a concern. It will be sad when we leave but we need our rest- the sleepless nights are too much to handle sometimes. We aren't interested in relocating to a top floor unit because 1. are daughter is... quite heavy and not yet walking, so stairs would be the pits and 2. we would just be subjecting someone else to the same torture that we endure- and with a walker I doubt the unit below us would be able to resist knocking on our door to complain for very long. We really really really love Bent Tree but without some peace and quiet, the cost of the rent just isn't worth the cost of sleep.

It is NOT luxury, but it is not run-down, either. Bent Tree is a great choice for anyone looking for affordable living in a convenient location. The amenities are great, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. There are many floor plans offering choices to potential residents. They often have events for the residents, which is a nice touch. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for an apartment home

submitted by Marcia M. - |Recommended: YesPlace Is Great, Maintenance Is Not — Apartment is good, most neighbors are good, location is great. Neighbors are given too much leeway on what they are allowed to do, parking motorcycles on ground level outside living area, leaving literally bags of trash outside at any hour, young guys loitering throughout parking lots, etc. Maintenance workers never fully read their slips and never call ahead. Any time I've double checked with leasing office to make sure they call ahead, so I can be ready, a second slip is printed after the maintenance person has already left and the maintenance people come by a second time, also never calling ahead. Never helps that almost all maintenance I've had by don't speak or understand much English. I try to make the appointments go smoothly and repeatedly I am let down and inconvenienced.Honestly though, every apartment complex I've lived in has had the exact same issues which is disappointing, but worth the location and apartment quality in general.
