I like central location although rents are high. Might help to increase maintenance and grounds people. Also, management used to pay attention to residents who leave trash cans out all the time or who smoke and leave cig butts everywhere

The front office staff has always been nice to us and provides good service. The cluster where we live seems to have a porch smoker in every other apartment so keeping your windows open on nice days smells like you are outside of a dive-bar really wish they had a policy in-place for that since it affects everyone around you. Could care less if the people smoke in their own building, which Bent Tree allows, or if they sat on the benches or sidewalk outside a little bit away from everyone's windows. I guess the grounds category is the best fit for the smoking policy issue I have hence the low rating.
