|Recommended: YesJust moved in, I love it so far. — I wish the sounds above weren’t so loud. You can hear walking pretty clearly and that can be a bit much when you’re trying to sleep.

|Recommended: YesAmazing all around — The leasing office and field staff are all very helpful and inviting. All my neighbors as well are welcoming and the area in general in quiet and safe. I don't have any regrets about moving into this space.

|Recommended: YesA nice place to live a quiet neighborhood — This is a nice complex and the apartment is roomy and has lots of storage space. Property staff is very helpful and professional. Amenities are nice and neighborhood is a quiet one.
|Recommended: YesThe resident portal is easy to use — The resident portal is easy to use but the notifications do not go away even after you have addressed them.
|Recommended: YesWe just moved to the Clarion and so far we are very happy — The staff is professional and kind and they have been very patient answering all questions and addressing all concerns. The community feels very safe and everyone has been so friendly, we are happy we found the Clarion considering we did not have an opportunity to visit in person, we made the right decision.
