She was still able to resolve a few issues in a timely fashion due to the pandemic. Also, maintenance came the same day we put in the request. Neighborhood is quiet and clean

|Recommended: YesGood place in a good location. — Good privacy I rarely hear my close-by neighbors. Great staff, always nice and helpful. My storage garage was robbed, as well as one package from the Luxer lockers. This is an ongoing concern, as the storage garage was robbed a second time two days later, after maintenance changed the electronic code for the opener. That said, I feel very safe in my apartment.

Also I really love the style of my apartment home as well as the amenities offered. Thanks Clarion for providing me with a safe, fun , and beautiful place to call home.

Philip and Ashley are very nice and helpful Philip made my move in very smooth and made sure I was happy with the apartment. I would definitely recommend.
