|Recommended: YesCozy, clean, quite apartment — I like living here. Everyone minds their own business and is very nice. Complex is always clean and well maintained. The layout of units are very cozy and intimate. Overall I would recommend to a friend as I have enjoyed my apartment.
|Recommended: YesSo far So Good — I've only been here about a week but so far it seems fine. The only thing I don't care much for is how clear I can hear my neighbors above me walking and talking. Besides that everything else is great

While at an appointment that required rental verification, the person I met with was knocked off her feet when you responded within 10-15 minutes. I couldn't help but brag that you and the rest of the staff, of course are absolutely AWESOME I wish Lincoln Property Co. had taken over The Clarion Apartments years ago - you have made the rental experience just great. I will be forever grateful for your kindness, professionalism and willingness to help me, Phillip Thank you, thank you, thank you - and when you're ready, lunch is on me -

|Recommended: YesThe Captivating Clarion — The Clarion has been a pleasant experience. The staff is very attentive and professional. The maintenance crew strives to address all concerns regarding repairs in a timely manner. The complex is undergoing aesthetic renovations to beautify the surroundings. The location is perfect for accessing convenient businesses and entertainment.

|Recommended: YesGreat location — The apartment complex is quiet and the staff in the office are mostly friendly. The location is perfect only complaint really is that the maintenance did some unwanted renovations to the restrooms and now they keep getting clogged and our water pressure sucks besides that it's a great place to live do wish the pool was open 24 7 though

My neighbors and all the staff included The location is absolutely perfect, easy to find, easy ingress and egress from the plan. Great restaurants and stores and gyms all nearby within a mile, plus the Marta The staff makes you feel like you've walked into your grandmothers house, candy included. And the community amenities like the pool, gym and dog park are all top notch maintained and fun to use

|Recommended: YesThe Clarion- worth the price — The apartment is good and the management is very nice however, the noise control is not the best. Overall The Clarion is decently priced and the floor plans are very spacious.
|Recommended: YesGREAT PLACE TO LIVE — The Clarion Community is a great place to live. The grounds are maintained. The gym is excellent because you can go anytime of day or night. The staff is exceptional. Most importantly, when maintenance orders are submitted, they are done extremely quick and you never have the same problem again.
|Recommended: YesGreat Apartment Complex — Safety and friendly neighbors are what make this apartment complex superb. Convenience to downtown Atlanta and Decatur are excellent.
