|Recommended: YesNice place to live — I think this place is a good convenient place to stay. I like that there is a bus stop right outside the complex. It would be nice to make it gated but we don't have many intruders so it's not a big deal. I like the layout and amenities. They keep the grounds nice as well. I do wish they would extend on paying late fees for everyone doesn't get paid by the 3rd to avoid late fees.
|Recommended: YesProperty is a overall good living environment — Decent location, close enough to downtown but not right in the middle of it, apartment is in good condition and its easy to contact maintenance to fix any issues.
|Recommended: NoIt’s a nice apartment complex but over priced — It’s a nice apartment complex and nice community. They do keep the area clean and maintenance does a good job. However, it’s just standard apartments nothing is high quality or upscale but they’re charging upscale prices. So the prices for rent is way overpriced. Definitely plan to move since the rent keeps going up.
