|Recommended: YesWe love it here — The office team are always warm and welcoming and any issues have been resolved the same day or the following day. Expect to be greeted with a smile and referred to by name in spite of being a fairly large property. The area is wonderful and surrounded by walking trails and peaceful. This is a great place for families with amazing schools.

Apartments are expensive but their layout and the quality of the staff and community are worth it.
We have been in the apartment now for 6 months and we are very happy about them.

|Recommended: YesVery nice — It is quiet, nice and safe. The type of resident is clean. respectable, and kind. The staff is amazing Maintenance requests have never sat for longer than one day. Snow removal during the large snowfalls was handled excellently. This complex is so dog friendly and doesn't charge outrageous pet fees. The events hosted by the staff at the clubhouse are a thoughtful and fun effort to bring the community together.
Yet, despite all of those positives and the nice new renovations, it is priced quite steeply.

Only issue I have is the apartnent isn't worth what I'm being charged. I assumed I would be getting top of the line and updated features in my home.
