|Recommended: YesHigh quality living in a great environment — The environment is excellent. Very friendly helpful staff. Excellent maintenance and upkeep. Animal friendly. Excellent location. Great walking hiking paths and trails. Very nice swimming pool with separate lap lane. Very nice business center and great exercise room. The apartments are well designed, with nice features such as fireplaces in some, built-in laundry facilities. Some apartments have very nice wooded views. Great place for animal lovers. Many tenants have dogs. There are dog walk areas, as well as great hiking trails in the nature preserve and forests adjacent to the Mansions where you can walk your dog. Many walking paths. The Bethlehem YMCA is only a block away. Two major grocery stores are only about 15 minutes away Price Chopper and ShopRite , and Stewarts is only 5 min away. Fast access to HWY 32 and HWY 85 which connect to I-787, and I-90, respectively. Also convenient access to the NY Thruway. Only about 20 minutes to the Rensselaer train station, and about 30 min to the Albany International Airport.

|Recommended: YesSoundproofing could be better — It's apartment living slightly better than other apartments. Staff is excellent and responds immediately if there are any issues. I can hear neighbors all too well though babies crying all night and day, etc. . I'm afraid they. An hear us as well.

|Recommended: YesCustomer Service is outstanding — We were disappointed in the outdated appliances, wear of carpet, carpet and pad needs to be replaced and issue with front door. The maintenance staff have done an outstanding job trying to resolve the door issue. I complained that the stove door was rusted and within a few hours the doors was sanded and repaired. Also had a problem with bees and window screen. Again the maintenance staff did an outstanding job to resolve the issues. If we were going to be long term tenants we would have requested an updated apartment. I love the location of the apartments. We owned a home in this area for 32 years, and wanted to stay in the Delmar area until out new home was built.

I appreciate your feedback on the wear of the carpet and the appliances. We have changed the style of the carpet and pad installed in our homes as of last month to alleviate the wear concerns. Also, we just launched a new upgrade program which features brand new appliances, cabinets, and granite counters. We would love to show you a model this Saturday if you were interested!

|Recommended: YesThe Mansions Are the Nicest Apartments in Delmar — The Mansions are situated next to a nature preserve, have inside parking and a staff that makes minor repairs promptly. They have an excellent fitness facility and swimming pool. Designed with excellent insulation, heating bills are minimal, even in the winter.
We are really happy with our choice of the Mansions when we moved to Delmar.

|Recommended: YesLove it here — I live at Mansions of Delmar. I am so glad I moved here. The staff are friendly, funny and always smiling. They help out any way they can. They wave at me whenever they see me outside or in my car. They stop and chat when they are outside.
When I asked about putting in a small raised garden bed for vegetables, I showed them a picture of it they approved it.
I had loads of tomaoes and a few peppers. The property is always clean.
They even have activities at the club house for adults and kids.
I highly reccommend it.

|Recommended: YesComfortable Environment — I have a one bed 1.5 bath apartment, I truly like living here. There are some minor details designs such as a small kitchen and the fact that I can hear my up stair's neighbor a little too well. Other than that, great place. Having a gym, pool, and business center just adds more reasons to live here.
