The apartments are not well insulated and the walls are thin, but this is likely comparable to most apartment buildings. The fitness center and amenities are excellent. The staff are friendly and professional.

The entire complex is dog friendly, which is unique when searching for an apartment in the Albany area. The apartment complex feels like a community of homes. The grounds are kept well and the maintenance staff is friendly. They do not come off as hassled when you need their help. The rent is expensive, but for the community we live in, it feels appropriate. The only downsides that I have experienced thus far, is that the community pool is small and surrounded by other tenant's apartments and the appliances in the apartments are in severe need of updating. The pool is not very private being surrounded by other apartments and the sink fixtures, cabinets, counter-top, dishwasher, washer and dryer desperately need to be updated.
|Recommended: YesLove the floor plan, laundry,garage hate the common wall — I've enjoyed living here for the short time I've been here. Unfortunately, when I introduced myself to my neighbor (we share a common wall bedroom to bedroom) she informed me that she listened to my morning telephone conversations and could hear them word for word. I was very surprised since I have enjoyed a relatively quiet experience living here.
On a positive note when I needed repairs done in my home, they were done quickly and efficiently.
|Recommended: YesAmazing management, quality apartments, cozy living spaces — I love it here. My only complaint is that they need to hire more maintenance men. The poor guys who work here are OVER WORKED. There were only three of them over the winter and the driveways were constantly covered in snow. It took them ALL DAY to get around to all the units. I felt so bad for them, I'm sure they got cussed out by plenty of tenants. I just don't understand how we can be paying a minimum of $1,100 per unit and they can't afford to bring on more maintenance people to help out around here.
