|Recommended: YesTrying to not break our lease — We love this community but since we have moved in we've had to deal with the neighbors from hell. Our DOWNSTAIRS neighbors are constantly arguing and screaming, they slam doors non stop, they leave garbage bags outside there door all the time, no matter what day it is. We have complained and complained and complained till we're blue in the face but we cannot live in peace. The staff goes above and beyond to do what they can to help but I guess our neighbors just do not know how to live in an apartment complex. We need more peace and quiet but living so close to people really isn't working to well for us. We are seriously considering breaking our lease and just leaving this beautiful community since we can not live in peace, we did consider staying here in one of your town homes but it is a bit over priced for us. And now we have new younger single men neighbors that play the drums, yes i said DRUMS and we approached them about it and they told us they will play quieter from now on. So if something doesn't change soon we will regrettably need to leave Seneca and never come back. Now please understand your staff is amazing and they do everything we ask of them, the grounds are beautiful and people always ask if they can come visit to enjoy the pool with us, so do we want to leave No not at all but I'm 45 and my fiancé is 49 and we just want to be at peace and not live here waiting on the next door slamming, screaming match, smelly garbage and drum solo we have now. So would I recommend Seneca to my friends I am not really sure

|Recommended: YesI like it very much. bang for your buck — The grounds are kept well and the townhomes are great. My only complaint are the noisy cars that come and go. If you aren't hearing someone's music, you can hear them revving their engines. It's annoying actually.

Pros of apartment living, things are fixed in a timely manner, a week without A C mid July in Florida is not an event I want to relive any time soon. lawn maintenance taken care of without extra expense and hassle, for as many lawn care people as there are in this area, one would think the prices would be better. More cabinets in the kitchen than I know what to do with. Good amount of storage, and decent sized bedrooms. Cons, the windows are thin, mustang driver parked right under your window who has to leave for work at 6am, upstairs neighbors that appear to be practicing for a role in Riverdance, and people who leave their dogs out on the porch to bark at every passerby. Three bedroom townhouse facing the green , you know who you are, and shame on you. Working nights and trying to sleep during the day is difficult. Thankful for the invention of the white noise machine and black out curtains. I can walk to the new outlet mall, which is a blessing and a curse. Three new restaurants opened up not a half mile away, and I hear rumors that a Costco will be built across the street from the outlets. The convenience to 275 is wonderful. My commute to Tampa General Hospital night shift is about 35 minutes. I would recommend Seneca to a friend or coworker. The office staff is wonderful and the neighborhood safe.
