|Recommended: YesGreat layouts, amenities, and location Friendly staff. — I love living here. The layouts, amenities and quality of the apartments are wonderful. The location is excellent as well. Within the last year that we have been here, the only thing I've noticed slacking is the upkeep of some of the grounds and there are more people not picking up after their dogs. You have to really pay attention to where you step to not step in dog poop. I love the pool area, gym, and business center. The staff is very friendly and always helpful. I have lived in four other apartment complexes in the Tampa Bay area and this is by far the best property I have lived and why I decided to renew this year.

The pool area is beautiful We found the staff to be extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. We felt safe and secure with our surroundings. Not for website publication The only negatives for our specific apartment were 1 proximity to trash compactor and late night early morning work by Valet Waste staff and, 2 neighbors who have garage beneath our bedroom apparently use it as their front door, opening and closing repeatedly during the day and night to exit to car s parked outside of garage, which was somewhat disturbing for us.

|Recommended: YesGreat property to call my home — Great unit, grounds, amenities, staff. The community staff were always flexible and awesome to work with. As with newer homes and buildings, you are able to hear neighbors, but that is mainly my only complaint.

|Recommended: YesFriendly, clean and one of the best places I've lived. — It is a very well run and nicely designed apartment complex. Parking in certain areas of the complex can be troublesome, but the maintenance staff and the front office staff are very good at keeping the friendly, homeliness up to a great standard. The amenities are wonderful, and the fact it is gated is definitely a plus. The only real negative are the relatively thinner walls, so hope for relatively quiet neighbors or buy a purifier to drone out the sound .
