|Recommended: YesVery Friendly and Beautiful Homes — This is a small beautiful property with two entrances exits. We loved the staff and will miss Sarah the manager. She was the most gracious and helpful apartment manager we ever had. The maintenance staff is friendly and was quick to respond to our maintenance requests. It's a pet friendly complex although we didn't have any pets.
Very convenient and in walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores and the new mall up the street. We enjoyed walking to the Red Caboose park with our grandchildren.
We also like knowing it is conveniently located near the highway.

- Nice Apartment with adequate space and storage
- Large walk in closets in each bedroom
- Dog friendly
- Very friendly andA helpful management
- Maintenance that fixes things so quickly that you second guess yourself on if it was even broken in the first place
- Prime location near Kroger, Publix and just a trot away from Percy Edwin Warner
- In a very bike friendly area too

This is my fifth apartment complex in the Nashville area, and so far the staff here is bar none, the best to work with, and the most comfortable apartment I have lived in.

Jeff in maintenance, Nicolle in the office, and all the others are there whenever we need them. Especially love the seasonal activities for my kids.
