|Recommended: YesProperty is perfect other than train noise — I love living at Wheaton 121 - overall, nice and courteous residents. The building is pristine and kept up very well. Love the pool and social scene at this building. It is close to everything - downtown Wheaton, train to city, grocery store walking distance . The only thing that bothers me is the frequency of the freight trains -- my unit is on the side of the building facing the train tracks - and it is very loud. I'd recommend getting a unit that faces in towards the pool or Wheaton College.

|Recommended: YesGreat Location with great and helpful staff — I love the location because I can walk to so many places. Being right across the tracks from Wheaton's French market is so nice. Indoor parking is so wonderful, especially during the winters. The place is very clean and the staff and maintenance are awesome I absolutely love living here and I would recommend it for anyone.

|Recommended: YesGood place to settle down — Ranking criteria tell everything. It has good parking lot, and surrounded by convenient environment. Both good neighbors and high quality staffs convince me to live longer.. It will be much better if wifi covers an entire building.

|Recommended: YesBest location in Wheaton — Fantastic downtown living in the heart of Wheaton We love the location as it is a 5 minute walk to the numerous excellent restaurants and bars offered in this great community. The staff is friendly and very responsive. Amenities galore also is what sets Wheaton 121 apart from other complexes in the city. We have enjoyed our time here.
|Recommended: YesVery nice place to live — All my friends and family are always impressed when visiting my apartment. From the amenities to my apartment, everything is wonderful here. Office hours are limited for my schedule commuting from the city , so I have to plan around the days they are open later if needed. But any other needs have been taken care of via phone or email.
|Recommended: YesGreat location, amenities, and neighbors — Great location, amenities, and neighbors. A majority of the neighbors have small dogs, but you cannot tell by walking through the halls.
Lots of community areas. Their Business Center provides PCs and printers. The Community room is great for playing pool, watching tv or having small gatherings. There is a Conference Room if you work from home but want to be out of the apartment. The Media Room is a wonderful place to go and relax watching movies with friends.
The office staff are always very pleasant and upbeat.

|Recommended: YesFeel at home — This complex fits my lifestyle. From the beautifully maintained exterior and interior to the friendly staff. The units are very clean and well maintained. There is constant upkeep inside and outside. Maybe a quick afternoon cleaning might be a good idea. People that have come to visit truly like it.

I was a bit reluctant to move to Wheaton but Wheaton 121 has seriously converted me. The connivence, amenities and community is amazing. It makes coming home so pleasant everyday
